• The application fee is €150 per project and is non-refundable. The application fee must be paid before the application deadline in order to complete your application. All applicants must pay the application fee. Projects without an application fee will not be considered for evaluation.
  • Fees will be paid online using a credit card during application and registration within the application site. The second option that you could pay in cash when you apply personally at any of our regional offices and representative institutions. The third option is that you transfer the application fee to the bank account of the ICIE in Germany. The Bank info reads as follows:

Submitting the Online Application Form, without paying the fees, does not mean you are now enrolled in the Olympiad. Such forms will be removed within 24 hours.
